Trash pile outside my room. Kitchen area was nasty. Open used soap in shower. Never experienced this before.

So there is no staff readily available after 10pm so it took a total of 1 hour 20 mins to be checked into RESERVED room. Upon entering past office, there was strong smell of urine at elevator. Once we got into room and turned on lights there was small roaches crawling on bathroom wall. Office notified but said no refund could be issued. Guest above us had small child who ran across floor for hours while we tried to sleep! Office notified…it continued again. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!

Don’t stay at the Extended Stay in Fort Walton, FL All amenities offered were not even close to what this hotel had to offer. There were no hair dryers, coffee makers, and no ice machines to fill up ice buckets. They had us fill up ice trays if we needed ice! Our shower leaked the whole time out of the spigot. There was no continental breakfast, and we had to ask for shampoo/soap as rooms had none. Was never told WiFi password, and the day worker wasn’t friendly at all! Stayed in Room 325. Decided to take off the fitted sheet and put my own. I was stunned to see how disgusting the bed cover is. Absolutely filthy. I ended up getting a blow up bed. Check your sheets and the bed itself before resting your head. Also lighter, fishing line a knife and something else was left in a draw. Price was good as was staff. I guess I got what I paid for. Would recommend however check your room thoroughly

It’s was 20 degrees last night and the heater didn’t work and NIGHT STAFF WAS RUDE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I REQUESTED A REFUND AND WOLL BE WAIG TO HEAR FROM CORPORATE

Our key to our hotel didn’t work 3 times and we were almost left outside without a room. For context we’re 2 young girls with 2 dogs who have no business being left alone in a town they don’t know. The only reason we got into our room is because the worker (Mike I think) was staying 2 doors down from us on the 4th floor. He came out the room after ignoring 3 of my calls and when he came out he was literally saying on the phone that he wasn’t answering the phone anymore.
