Horrible Stay We had change rooms twice due to the first room had exposed wires from the air conditioner. The second room was absolutely nasty and filthy. The mattresses in all 3 rooms were horrible! The coils could be felt through the mattress which made for a very uncomfortable sleep/rest. The hotel had no amenities. There were no type of accommodations in the hotel rooms. We will never book a room at the Extended Stay America in Fort Walton Beach ever again!!!
Can into a room with not one but 3 dead bugs on the floor and sand ,room wouldn't stay cold was muggy, the was a 100 Dollar deposit that wasn't mentioned until check in,rooms and hallway smelled of pot
Food in the fridge from previous guests. They have no ice machine & no one ever at the check in desk…..you have to call them
Homeless people everywhere and rude staff at front desk.
