The property did not have a room available when I went to check in after I already booked it. I would like a refund please.
The first room we were given was dirty. Beds were not made food on the counter bathroom and toilet were dirty. Second room we were given water on the floor beds were not made and told that we could get a refund but it was 10 o’clock at night, so there was nowhere else to go. The staff person was apologetic and accommodating.
Hotel stinked so bad i don’t even want to remember the smell so I can’t describe Room had no toilet paper Refrigerator was rusty Do no stay there
Felt like i was back in a college dorm. The floor in the hotel was dirty and needed to be sept. The tub had long black hair in it and on the floor of the bathroom. The nieghbors had loud music playing. The hallway smelled like weed and the entry exterior of the was littered with cigarette butts.
The best thing on this property was the general manager and other staff
Bed bugs. FML.
The property is over run with roaches. The interior of the rooms are old, and run-down. You can easily see this from the interior of the room where the dresser and counter tops have noticeable wear. Bathroom had no toilet paper, among other issues, it was significantly outdated.

Had to clean the room when we got there , counter was dirty . Floor was dirty . Bathroom was dirty . Drug deals started happening out front well we saw on Wednesday and some other activities! We booked this due to last minute plans and honestly wish we never did and left early due to the things going on here . Would never recommend this place !
