Average Joe I was told at check in I only needed the deposit, but they wanted it all paid for right then. They seemed a bit rude. The bed was very hard, no sleep at all. There was no box springs it was just a matress on a board. The mini kitchen was nice though. I was a little annoyed that my first night being there the fire alarm went off at 3am and a few of the people that actually lived there (since its an extended hotel), said that it had been the 3rd time in 2 weeks. No smoking signs were posted all over but people were still smoking and management didn’t do anything to stop it. The hall to our room reaked of smoke. The room had no stopper in the tub and the water wouldn’t turn off. It dripped all the time.

The place had coackroaches and people doing drugs. Its a non-smoking but the halls smelled of weed or smoke. We checkied in late (pre-arranged) and when we went back down after checking in there was no one to help. They lock up the front desk with a metal drop security door. We had no where else to go on Christmas Eve. First Extended Stay I have stayed at that had prople doing drugs out front. I don't usually complain but I would not reccommend bring your family. Horrible service nasty

2 of 3 bulbs were out in the bathroom. The TV did not work. The people abpve me stomped on the floor alot. People were yelling and having arguments in the hallway every night. The pilllows smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower did not have great water flow and flowed mostly out of the faucet instead of the shower head. The drain kept closing so the tub filled up each time I showered. I will pay more next visit and never stay in a place like that again. I did not feel safe.

Where do I start. Room door was stuck, had to use my shoulder to pop it open. Enter the roo. And to the left was the rusty/mold ridden, fridge. Proceed own to the kitchen area ( hello the fifties want there kitchen back). Tv stand drawer face was broken off and laid on top of the stand. Blind covering the window could not be adjusted in any form or fashion, to include not be able to be closed. Dirty floors, bathroom flooring coming up from water damage. Would not recommend.
