Hotel Lives Up to It's Name I stayed for a week. I'd never heard of Value Place before this visit. and initially was skeptical for that very reason. However, a friend arrived a few days prior to my arrival. She spoke highly of the hotel in terms of the cleanliness and helpfulness of the management. I immediately cancelled my reservation at a much higher priced hotel and rebooked at Value Place Northeast. I'm very glad I did, and will definitely return when in the area again!

Great place, minor mishaps Wonderful hotel, very clean, however; pay online if possible. I was charged twice for my stay and it took several days to resolve the issue. Had I not had other means of paying for other expenses, I would have been left stranded. Bring lots of change for laundry, and take note that the dryer takes two cycles to completely dry your items. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

nice hotel but needs coffee pots in rooms :) we enjoyed this hotel, we would stay at another one if they were as good as this one. One thing we loved having was the kitchenette, but the one major thing that was missing was a coffee pot. It would have been excellent if there was a coffee pot. thank you

Nice hotel for price, close to the beach Nice hotel for price, close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative things I have to say is that the floor I was on smelled like smoke and when I went to ask the front office for more toilet paper for our room, they were out. So I had to go across the street and buy some TP. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Recommended We had a great time, enjoyed our room, no problems, clean, great customer service from Tim at the front desk. I am recommending this to all my friends who want to save money and have a nice, safe place to sleep.

Great staff / quiet location We arrived very late - well after the front desk's closing time. Tim (the manager) told me in advance not to worry, that he'd take care of things whenever we arrived, no matter the time. Well, he did & then some. I know we woke him up, but he didn't let any of that show. He was very helpful throughout our weekend stay, which was a birthday get-away & was much needed, so we appreciated the courtesy & assistance even more.
