Snobby front desk worker ! The room itself was vary nice and clean, spacious and had a nice layout. But you had to pay for EVERYTHING like wifi, housekeeping,dishes,toiletries, take your own trash out…I didn't mind but you just don't normally expect that from a hotel. The lady at the front desk is VERY rude and disrespectful I believe her name is "Brittney" She's not very good at simple math even with her calculator so always good to pay attention to what you're be charged for!!!!!

Nice place the matress could be better it was a little too thin an noisy,and more towels would be nice if a person staying more than one night, but overall it was a great stay

Cheap Hotel Other than the first floor, every room, floor, and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff were very helpful and nice. You have to take out your own garbage and there's not much to do in the area without a car. Not the best location for people with small children. The room was pretty spacious. Overall, the accommodations were fairly adequate especially if you're utilizing the property to just sleep. Be sure to buy your groceries I'd you plan to be there for more than a few days. Non-Smokers Beware The room was clean and adequate. Bed was comfortable. This is a no frills hotel room that provides a clean room at a decent price. However, even though we asked for a non-smoking room, the room still smelled like a smoker had stayed there previously. And at each entrance (there were two), smokers were gathered. Therefore each time we entered or exited the building, we were welcomed with second hand smoke......

4 month stay I stayed at the value place for 4 months due to a contracting job. The only down falls are you have to pay for terrible Wi-Fi,there isn't a gym and you must have a car to get around it's on the outskirts of town. Lastly you are charge a low fee to move in but the price goes up. I think long term stays should be offered a discount or steady rate. Kacy at the front desk is really sweet.
