Nice place to stay. I stayed here to visit my girlfriend who studies at UWF, the staff were great and very helpful, they would call taxis for me since I have a non-american mobile. The bed, although advertised as a double, wasn't as big as a normal double somehow. But we managed fine. Other than that, the amenities were fine and as stated the room was cleaned once during my two week stay. It was quiet and nice for relaxing in bed after a long day.
Just the basics Room is basic... No shampoo, conditioner, nada. Perfect for the kitchenette so we didn't have to eat out every day. Bed is a full size and there are no spare pillows or blankets, so bring your own if you need them. I will say it was clean which was perfect if you need a longer place to stay.
Great value & close to the University of West Florida
Couple issues but hotel staff came through :) Had a couple minor issues but the hotel staff made everything alright! Would stay here again.

Everything you need, nothing you don't. It is a minimalist hotel. No room service. You take out your own trash, Bring down your own dirty towels, go get your own toliet paper, ext. No ice machine. Nice, clean room. Nice bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen in it which was great. Unbelievably great price! 53 dollars a night for 6 nights! We will stay here again. Now the bad. Great Family Rooms All I can say is out of the many hotels in have stayed at, this is by far the best. Best for the price, best for a family looking for temporary living or best for a vacation. Brittany the manager and Tina were the nicest ladies. No matter how busy it was they kept a smile.
Great place to stay!! Great location and pleasant staff. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.
