loud The hotel was loud, people in and out all times of the night. Key card worked for one day, had to rekey. I will not stay again.

I arrived at 9pm for check in for no one to be at the front desk that had a sign for office hrs 9am -10pm and to please call on the phone. Took 45 mins and after calling the corporate number for someone to say someone would be down in 10 mins to check me in. For the girl to then go in elevator with me back to what ever floor she was on
