The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean. But when I asked for extra pillows, I was told they don’t have any. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows. I then explained to them that I needed to get a different remote for the television because the remote wouldn’t work and the front desk person didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Always nice. Big room for price. Would recommend for a family.
