I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate. The room was well used, clean but beat up. we did not use any of the amenities, like the kitchen.
