長期滞在が目的の施設のためか、アメニティ類は少なかった。ヘアドライヤーはフロントで借りることができた。電子レンジ用の容器がないのでお湯を沸かすことができなかった。（有料で借りることはできるが、コーヒーメーカーがあればよかったと思う）
