Our flight had been delayed so we arrived very late. Got to property at 11:30pm and told we had to wait possibly an hour because the system was running an audit. We got the room after about 20 minutes, had to back walk down because key didn’t work (which the front desk worker was nice enough to walk us up to make sure we could get in the second time). Entered the room to find a bug on the counter, the toilet wouldn’t flush and one of the beds sounded like it had a broken box spring; was crazy loud all night.

Phoenix One room left, nit close to entrance fir minor handicap. Room was quiet and breakfast was very small offerings.

Room smells like smoke even though it is non-smoking. The parking lot seems to be a hang out area for guests - not in a good way.
