Great quality with value Very reasonable rates and ideal location for my needs on this trip. The tradeoff is no daily service, but I really didn't need that - don't change sheets and towels at home, why do I need that for a 2 night stay? Do wish they brought coffee everyday, but that is minor. No problems with noise. I prefer more for a breakfast spread, but again a trivial issue. I plan to return.

Best for family I stayed one night with family, everything was just fine including, staff, cleanliness and most important its located at good place who doesn't like crowd and traffic around.

Excellent staff Great location for northern Phoenix area. Staff was very courteous and professional. Will certainly plan to stay here on my next trip

Good, inexpensive stay in North Phoenix The location was perfect for my needs, and shopping and restaurants are only a few blocks south on 27th (quick drive away). I only stayed a single night, and the room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially for a Saturday night, perfect for travelers needing rest.

Very Comfy Employees were very helpful. We were able to experience the amenities at another hotel of the same chain since ours did not have a pool. Employees at both places were super nice and both places were clean and well taken care of. Absolutely recommend.

Great hotel but not in Pheonix! I had no problem with the hotel. My problem was finding it. The first night we hunted for four hours in high traffic. Pheonix dumps you on a freeway with every missed turn and roads and streets don't make sense. On the second night we did better, only three hours. When we finally got to our room, my husband and I decided we were not going to do this again. We packed up and Left town leaving a paid for room behind.

yearly visit I always enjoy staying at the hotel each year because each room has everything I need, whether I want to cook, relax and read a book, watch TV or shop at the nearest stores, everything is convenient including the on site laundry. I don't like bringing home dirty laundry. Thank you to the ladies at the desk, my stay was very pleasant. I have been visiting every year for the last five years, this was the first time I got a chance to visit Sedona. It is beautiful and the weather was great.

Close call. This was a last minute reservation that I had made with try his property. I made it 4 hours before arriving there. When I got to the hotel, they were overbooked! There was one room that was reserved for someone else and they ended up giving it to me. They had my reservation, everything was there, but not a room. So whoever's room I got must of been every unhappy if they ever showed up!
