Smoking Room We had reserved 2 non-smoking rooms and one was on the smoking floor - otherwise, can't complain about anything. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were all clean.

Outstanding value for the cost The room was large and clean. It included a kitchenette, bathroom, two full beds, color television and cable, as well as an outstanding customer service staff. The hotel had elevators that were easily accessible and was located minutes from anywhere in the mid-Phoenix area. I will stay there again when I am in Phoenix.

Had all the necessities It was clean and quiet outside but the room above us had some extremely noisy guests that kept tunning across the room until quite late even though we called the front desk. The kitchen was an added bonus and the price was right for the amenities.

convenience location for purpose of trip The staff was friendlier than any other time I stayed there but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay there again and refer them to others. It's quiet and I really like that they have a guest laundry on the premises. I appreciate that they do not go in the rooms everyday and move my personal items.

Quick to resolve small issues (replaced non-functioning microwave and missing dishes/silverware, etc) Not my memory foam mattress at home, but comfortable enough for a decent nights sleep. This was my second stay here and I will stay again my next trip through.

Basic and Convenient I recently stayed here for 6 nights while in town on business. The room was spacious and mostly clean, but there was some long black hair in the bathroom floor next to the tub as well as on the shower curtain from a previous guest. The bed was quite firm, and the pillows were flat, so it wasn't the most comfortable bed I've slept on. Extended Stay Deer Valley Wonderful staff, Leroy & Kimberly were fabulous and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay at again without hesitation!
