Would Stay There Again It was fine....for the price. Comfortable and enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave.

Non Smoking request not honored I booked the room requesting a non-smoking room but when I checked in they said they could not honor it. They had me inspect the room before I took it and offered to try and find me a room at another hotel but couldn't promise anything. The room was OK but I wish I had known this before I booked. Could have been a big problem.

It was a convenient hotel with kitchenette, but not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. There was a constant bad odor in the room which management said was from the previous guest who cooked with curry. It was cheap, convenient, and the location was handy for what we needed. The place seemed to be full during Christmas week, so others liked it too.

Good Value Small efficiency with frig and stove. Small TV with limited channels. Wireless Internet for a small fee.

Extended Stay in Phoenix - Deer Valley This hotel is good for the price. Hallways smelled of curry the entire time and the laundry facilities and vending machines were outrageously priced, but it's good for what it is... I'll stay again...

Extended Stay, Deer Valley Clean rooms. Efficient check-in. Only supplied with one coffee pouch for room brewer. Had to pay extra for additional days.

Smoking Room We had reserved 2 non-smoking rooms and one was on the smoking floor - otherwise, can't complain about anything. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were all clean.

Outstanding value for the cost The room was large and clean. It included a kitchenette, bathroom, two full beds, color television and cable, as well as an outstanding customer service staff. The hotel had elevators that were easily accessible and was located minutes from anywhere in the mid-Phoenix area. I will stay there again when I am in Phoenix.
