Roaches Did not appreciate the roaches in my room or the fact i had to carry my luggage up stairs

It was in a good location for me grocery store, gas stations, etc. close by. Laundry and dryer on property.

Lots of over piled trash in shared trash cans. Cleaning of room and bathroom was questionable.
