It was okay. Asked for one queen and got two double beds. Late night arrival so needed to call to get checked in. It was only for one night and was clean - overall not bad.

With a makeover this will be the place to be I loved the location- restaurants within walking distance and beautiful scenery around the property such as lakes and greenery. It is located between two main thoroughfares with plenty to offer. The room had a bad odor needs paint and new carpet ( we used bleach and Febreeze). The refrigerator needs to be replaced. Would recommend this hotel when improvements are made.

Bare bones. Bare bones. No hair dryer, shampoo. Must upgrade WiFi in order to download anything of size.

We arrived at 3:30p. and check in is at 4:00p.. In the lobby was an already angry customer as I would soon find out why. I asked the clerk if we could possibly check in @ 3:30......she told me no. I asked why not she told me that there were no rooms available at this time and that the internet company over booked the rooms. I turned around and saw the angry customer looking at me and she said she had already checked in when the phone rang and they asked her to come to the office. Somewhere to sleep Clearly the new mgmt is trying to clean the place up. No sketchy people, ok neighborhood, and convenient location make it an ok place to sleep only. No housekeeping at all, bring towels to front desk for exchange. Room smelled STRONGLY of bleach. "Breakfast" is more like snack with meager choice of old oranges, granola bar, coffee and packaged muffins. Wifi was sufficient for basic browsing, but you must pay extra for VPN/Skype access. Shower pressure was good, no shampoo, some soap.

Clean, comfortable, but needs a little work I stayed in the room next to the office which proved to be very noisy. The staff was kind enough to give me a voucher for a future nights stay.
