Not a real extended stay It is NOT an Extended Stay, it is BECOMING an Extended Stay, but it has not been completely rebadged, it is still Homestead Suites. The rooms themselves are fair, the room I had didn't have a microwave as advertised and the stove didn't work. The battery in the smoke alarm was low so it beeped throughout my entire stay. It was not a terrible stay, but it could have definitely been better.

My husband and I arrived at 2:50pm (check in is at 3pm) and was told they didnt have any clean rooms! When I asked when can when were the rooms going to be cleaned the girl at the counter just said "Oh arround 3" By this time it was 2:58 and I asked are the rooms clean now? and she said let me check! // In checking out I handed her the shower head that came off 2 secons after starting the shower and the girl said "Oh again?"
Good location to access Phoenix and surroundings. The staff was very congenial and ready to help in many ways. Maintenance should be checked more often. Calcium build-up in shower and tub need to be maintained more. Needed to move rooms and staff was very accommodating. I would stay there again. It was not my first time with them.
Excellent Hotel with extended stay possibilities It is more than I was expecting.

quiet and quaint. We arrived late to pur hotel. The staff inside was still very friendly! Found our room easy. It was quiet even tho it seemed like a full house! Very cozy inside and clean. We loved our short stay and plan to enjoy this hotel again:)
1 night stay My room wasn't available until 4:30, which I thought was unprofessional since I paid to check in at 3.
Don't get what you thought you paid for. Don't expect to get anything except a room, regardless of what you order, (queen, smoking, etc) you will get what they decide to give you.
