Nice to be close to Arrowhead I was called at about 3:30 of my reservation and said they had overbooked and I was out. Thank God they called a little later about a cancellation. I was a bit perturbed. I tried to call expedia but they bounced me over to a hotel service but rooms were expensive. Not sure what to do if it happens again.
Location good for me I liked the hotel & accommodations but had some noisy neighbors. The walls are thin (heard fighting one night & snoring the other) closing doors are noisy. Liked the full kitchen but no cups, plates or forks, knives & spoons. If I returned at least I would know to bring a mug for coffee & forks, knives & spoons.
Nice Hotel next to freeway Even though it is next to the freeway, the freeway noise was was blocked quite well. I also like that they have a laundry room when clothes washing needs to be done.
Elevator n lobby Elevator n lobby smells marijuana really bad n that hallway going out
AWESOME The staff are very helpful and kind if you treat them with respect, everyone works hard and they will make your stay pleasant. Thanks For the awesome service.
Location Good location with easy access to freeway. Nice full size refrigerator and microwave in room. Quiet and good value.
