loved it Very satisfied with my stay, the water was nice and hot which is a plus for me
The stay was good, but the front desk clerk wasn't there most of the time???? I had to wait 10-15 minutes jus for her to come out of the back room??????
Expectations 7:57om we walked in and had trouble checking in on a Sunday night as the lobby seemed to have been closed, thanks to the lady who was listening the whole time from the window, she finally opened it to help. the phone in the lobby said emergency only it was hard to understand where to call. when we checked in, we walked in to a weird smell throughout the facility.. walking into a room there was 1 bar soap, no shampoo no conditioning.
