good enough I I really wanted to give it the highest reviews I could do to the size and type of room we stayed in. The front clerk Dorothy was very polite and helpful. The one bed room with pull out sofa was roomy and clean. We liked the full size fridge, stove and microwave. The only two glitches that kept me from giving it Rave ratings were: the toilet flushed real slow which caused a clog. All well, but not friendly. The bed was comfortable and the third floor was quiet. My question: How much does it cost to be friendly. I'm sorry to ruin your day by showing up for a night's sleep.

Eh Price wasn’t bad. Extra fee for getting fresh towels or sheets. The free internet was the speed of snail, but they kindly offer actual internet for more fees. Some of the staff is friendly. Some were not. The halls weren’t clean, the elevator was slower than the internet, always a weird smell throughout the building. It’s whatever. Cheap place to stay for a week, but if you just need a couple of nights, spend the money on a decent place.

Great value for a long stay Sayed for a week. Closed structure of the building, card-entry keeps this place quiet and secure. Stovetop, inside laundry room, helped... Staff was helpful, friendly. Hallways, especially, the elevator need cleaning. Twenty minutes drive to Park-N-Go parking. Enjoy downtown Phoenix.
