The property is used for long term guests who are working nearby. Hotel lobby and common area were very clean. Staff very friendly and located in a nice area with lots of shops/food nearby. Our room was disappointing, counter/table tops were dirty with food drips/spots, sticky floors and some food bits on floor and wall near garbage. We used a face cloth and soap to wipe down all the surfaces. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. I will preface my review with acknowledging that I do understand that just about everywhere is short staffed right now which creates a lot of problems. I will also note that the weekend of my stay here, all Pittsburgh area hotels were at full capacity or had raised their rates to astronomical prices. We were going to stay downtown but ended up in Cranberry because of this. With both of those aside, this property was just not clean. Pet friendly, but stay on the 4th floor of possibl We stayed in the back, on the 3rd floor. Initially it was quiet, but someone in the room above ours sounded like they were stomping and dropping things in the middle of the night and in the early morning both days we stayed. That's not the hotels fault, but it was irritating. I think we were more irritated than our dogs, lol. But it was a good stay, otherwise and I do recommend staying there...just try and geta 4th floor room!

Worst hotel that I have stayed it. The hallways smelled, bathroom door had a hole in it, TV remote did not have batteries and the bed felt like it was going to fall apart. Do not stay here.
