It suited our purposes but there was ongoing noise from rooms around us and because cooking in the room is possible we had the after smells of grease and fish for occasionally .

The staff was great. I believe the manager went out of her way to help me. She made me feel comfortable when I needed something she provided without question. My remote was missing out of my room and she made sure I had one and utensils. Thank you and if I ever come back to Cranberry I will stay here again! The rooms are very comfortable!

I have never left a bad review before, but this experience was particularly bad. The floors in our hotel room were filthy. I spilled some water on the floor and when I cleaned it up, the rag I used was filthy. My feet would get dirty walking around with no socks on. They only gave us one pillow per person and the pillows were flat and terrible. You could also hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. And the AC was extremely loud every time it would kick on and it was hard to get any sleep with all the noise. There ... read more

Nice place to stay last minute All was great. Friendly staff and quick service. Locked myself out of my room at 12:30am and was quickly taken care of and got a new key from the overnight attendant. Thanks! Only negative I will add is floor in my room was extremely dirty. I cleaned most of it myself. A good mopping was needed.
