My brother and I stayed here (separate rooms) for 3 nights in November. My room was clean but the fixtures, bathroom, etc seemed cheaply made. The shower had a weird door and the sink handle was loose. I was also surprised to see a kitchenette with refrigerator and stove but no coffee maker. It was a little noisy at night-stomping sounds from work boots I believe. And the pillows were NOT comfortable. They were lightweight foam-filled. The property is used for long term guests who are working nearby. Hotel lobby and common area were very clean. Staff very friendly and located in a nice area with lots of shops/food nearby. Our room was disappointing, counter/table tops were dirty with food drips/spots, sticky floors and some food bits on floor and wall near garbage. We used a face cloth and soap to wipe down all the surfaces. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. I will preface my review with acknowledging that I do understand that just about everywhere is short staffed right now which creates a lot of problems. I will also note that the weekend of my stay here, all Pittsburgh area hotels were at full capacity or had raised their rates to astronomical prices. We were going to stay downtown but ended up in Cranberry because of this. With both of those aside, this property was just not clean.
