OK Simple, clean, convenient. except... Wi-Fi is extra 10.00 per week for 3 devices. There was an issue with me putting more than 3 and there were extra charges. Hotel staff straightened it out, but kind of a inconvenient thing, where other hotels have wi fi included. Beds were terribly worn out mattresses, noisy to move around on, and uncomfortable. Ants came out of the baseboards and got into garbage. I sprayed some Raid and cleaned up garbage real good and made sure not to spill one little crumb, because if you did, the... read more

OK but pricy Good location, not so easy access to I-15 south, great parking. Wood floors were dusty; had dirty feet an hour after showering and floors cold. AC works great, bed comfy, mostly clean and fridge/microwave works. Limited tv and have to pay extra $3 for internet. The lack of internet annoyed me because I'm a business traveler and the hotel was nearly $80 a night on sale, with no free internet. Had to spend two hours in my car (refused to pay the $3) using my own wifi instead of getting comfy and eating dinner whil... read more

excellent for the money I have stayed here 6 or 7 times, there's not another extended stay type of hotel around this area, but it is an excellent option, very affordable, and the staff is great

Nice view..easy access to freeway for eating and shopping I really enjoyed my stay.

Value Inn - American Fork, Utah Liked the room, the hotel amenities such as the washing & drying room. However, I spilled a glass of water on the linoleum floor and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel turned almost black. Clearly, the floor had not been properly wet mopped or cleaned in some time. Proceeded to clean most of the floor with the same towel, but noticed the next day that my feet bottoms were very dirty when stepping into the shower. A room with a double bed is Fine for a Single The double beds in this hotel and NOT Wide enough for 2 people. Get 2 beds if there are 2 people.
