Clean but Smoke Smell Abundant We needed a quick stopping spot, close to the interstate while we were passing through the Provo/ SLC area. This place fit our location interest perfectly. It is right across the highway from a ton of eateries/ a Costco, etc. Very helpful. The hotel itself was clean in our room and we didn't have any problems, but the smoking smell just permeates everything. There is no carpet in the room which helps alleviate some of that. The beds were very comfy!

Great place Loved everything about it. Clean, great location right on the ocean, beautiful place to sit outside and eat your breakfast. Cookies at night were the best.

Close to freeway Not welcoming when arrived. Asked for nonsmoking didn't get one. Floors sticky. Bed noisy every time I moved. Loud guests. Loud music played in the parking lot during late hours.

We discover human hair on bed sheets as well as blood spots. I reserved two and had the front desk attendant cancel my reservations, I requested a full refund of the money charged on my card. The desk attendant went on his computer and and assured me I would receive a full refund. Currently waiting for the refund to reflect on my charge card.

I was supposed to stay in for a night and when i got there there was a line of people complaining out there they had no water at all and did not like there rooms. So I decided to go stay somewhere else and they would not reimburse me back.

The name says it. It is "Value" place and they are trying to cut expenses so they can keep room rates down. Which means no pool, only 2 towels per room even if there are 4 of you in the room, no shampoo, lotions. There was 1 small soap, but we were there for 4 nights and they don't replenish anything. So we bought towels, soap, shampoo and an iron. They said they had an iron, but someone borrowed it and they didn't know where it was. There is no housekeeping. They clean the rooms once a week.
