Staff were professional and worked well together. The hotel did not have a non smoking room and I did not want to accept smoking rooms. The staff worked within a timely manner and made arrangements for me to stay in their extened facility only .5 miles away. My experience was Very positive.

bait and switch the hotel itself was fine. too bad i booked and paid for one room on this website and was given a smaller one that should have panned out to a refund of sorts BUT DID NOT!!

Very nice hotel with excellent staff Had a very good experience. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel is also in a nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ok hotel. One night stay for a meeting the following day. There are no restaurants on site. Food delivery service required a minimum dollar amount. Since it was just me, I did not meet that amount. There needs to be other options.

just ok I was expecting just a bit better. late mn booking for non-smokingand being told there are only smoking rooms available. not good. desk was not very fast.
