Bed sheet not clean My main complaint is the bed sheet that has a big stain (about 3 inches in diameter) on it. Looks disgusting. Also the hotel is too far from most areas of interest in Durham except the airport. Good thing is that there's a free shuttle that can take you to places within 5miles of the hotel, including the airport.

Terrible birthday present Guess was real loud got to fighting. I thought the door was being kicked in. Loud, maids didn't check on me. Overall just a terrible stay for mr birthday! Thanks!

Room services needs improvement The condition of the hotel's room is great. However, the room that was assigned to us was not clean when we checked in. Hotel management later gave us another room. The second room had one dirty pillow and a few used towels remained in the room. Overall, the size/condition of the room is nice. But, improvement needed for Room services staffs.

Good I had a good stay. The hotel was nice and staff. I don't like that if you pay with cash u have to make a 100 deposit that not fair everyone doesn't use credit cards. Other than that I had a good time and may stay again one day .

Needs cleaning. The room was very nice although, the hotel overall was very messy. Trash and leaves covered the hallways and floors. It served it's purpose which was just somewhere to sleep during my trip for work.

It was ok... this hotel was a bargain. I knew what I was getting into - every hotel within 10 miles was 3 times the price. But for as little as I paid - it was FINE. Staff was exceptional - there were zero frills - I didn't need to call the desk. It was as quiet as any Hilton or Intercontinental I've stayed at. It's a little worn - not very new - not really nice... but alright. I could have stayed across the street at my conference for 4 times the price... but why would I?
