Would not got back. Bad bad odor in all the hallways, probably from old days of smoking. No ice, but manager called sister hotel and got a bag for me. Nice of her. 2 lamps did not work. Too expensive for what it is.

Nice enjoyable stay at Extended Stay Durham It was a nice simple hotel that was not too much nor was it too little. The room was clean and good for two adventurers. We were happily greeted at arrival by two cheerful people at the front desk, which continued anytime they saw us. The location was perfectly between Durham and Raleigh. I would definitely stay again.

Good stay for a good price! My overall experience was good! Easy check-in. Staff seemed to be tired but friendly. The room was nice and spacious and clean but there was an odd odor as soon as I walked in the door of the room. I'm not sure if it was a cleaning solution of what but it was annoying until it wore off hours later.

Will be great once the remodel is done. 1 night stay for work. The hotel is in the middle of remodeling and it looks good. However, my only main complaint is I reserved a Queen Smoking room and I didn't find out it had turned into a non smoking property until I was in my room. They are still offering smoking rooms on their website and the lady checking me in did not inform of the change. The room itself was cleanish, you can tell they are still working on them though. Honestly, the hotel itself was not great. The toilet was cracked, the pictures were hung crooked, the whole place smelled a bit like chlorine -- they're currently under construction, but it was still a bit strange that they were renting out rooms in those conditions. But none of that really matters because the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the bed was really comfy, and you can actually adjust the temperature in the room.
