Clean hotel; customer service issues We were traveling through Raleigh and needed a place to stay for one night; my group was comprised of 3 people traveling with 1 pet. Due to the college graduations in the area that weekend, there was a very limited selection of hotel rooms available; this was the only one available when I booked 2 weeks in advance of stay. Great room - NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE when we needed it. NOTE: there is NOT 24 HOUR AIRPORT SHUTTLE! Hotels.com lies and says there is. There are limited hours for the shuttle so best to check with hotel to make sure you will be able to take advantage of the free shuttle. Also beware of the cab company, they tried to charge us DOUBLE of the phone quote.

Good hotel and close to work The person who checked me in was excellent and did a good job in making sure I was taken care of. She made sure I had what I needed and overall good place.

Bed sheet not clean My main complaint is the bed sheet that has a big stain (about 3 inches in diameter) on it. Looks disgusting. Also the hotel is too far from most areas of interest in Durham except the airport. Good thing is that there's a free shuttle that can take you to places within 5miles of the hotel, including the airport.

Terrible birthday present Guess was real loud got to fighting. I thought the door was being kicked in. Loud, maids didn't check on me. Overall just a terrible stay for mr birthday! Thanks!
