Extended stay - roanoke va Hotel was clean and had hot water. Bed was a little hard and sheets were a little cheap, but clean. Would recommend room away from stairs as you can hear exterior noise.

extended stay Very clean room, very resonable price. When I got into the room the heat was already on which was nice if it had have been on a colder day then I turned on the a/c to cool it down it never seemed to kick to the a/c just the fan. Which was not a major problem and I did not complain to staff. I did wish they had free internet connection but paid $4.99. Overall I will recommend and stay again.

A little noisy, no frills but cheap A nice, clean hotel. There are no extras such as breakfast of coffee. There wasn;t even a hair blow dryer. My main complaint was that we could easily hear the people in the next room moving around and people talking outside the room on the stairwell.

Too much traffic noise and other noise! Our biggest problem is the traffic noise from interstate 581, hotel is right on the highway. We also had noisy neighbors (2:30 AM). If there is a next time we will ask for a room on the backside if avalible and if not we will look elsewhere.

fair to middiln' check in at 10, just wanted to sleep and take a shower in the am, Fine for that, very reasonable, water on the floor from shower, but not too bad

Dead bugs on carpet, scratchy sheets,small TV. AC cuts off and on all night and that woke me up

Granted the cheap room rate, I expected more... This hotel does not provide shampoo/conditioner and lotion as most do, only one small bar of soap was provided. When we first arrived, my husband and I were disappointed in the room's appearance. It was not exactly what we expected according to the pictures shown online. As we sat on the bed, we were surprised at how hard the bed was. Only 2 pillows were provided that were pretty much flat. During our stay, we encountered several "stink bugs" in our room.
