Very comfortable overnight stay Comfortable hotel with many amenities (including full kitchen). Staff was helpful and friendly. Only improvement I would have liked was to have softer towels. Would highly recommend this hotel.
So much better than Howard Johnsons I was surprize by the kitchen, even had a dishwasher! We felt very comfortable there. Clean and Welcoming more than expected!

A lot of stores and food Clean, but would have liked a better breakfast area.
Clean, friendly staff, terrible towels Hotel was clean. Bathroom recently redone, but should have put money towards towels, which were almost paper thin. I wouldn't use them as rags at home. The light cover in the kitchen area fell at 4 a.m. Probably an isolated event but not pleasant at that hour. Staff friendly. Breakfast was Grab 'n Go packaged muffins and cereal bars, instant oatmeal.
Extended Stay Rockford It was about what I expected. Nothing fancy, no additional services. If you just want the basics, this is the place.
