Nice to be at ESA it is the best hotel in Rockford for the price specially if you stay more then a week.

Customer service was excellent. Comfortable rooms front desk personnel was excellent. Friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable overnight stay Comfortable hotel with many amenities (including full kitchen). Staff was helpful and friendly. Only improvement I would have liked was to have softer towels. Would highly recommend this hotel.

So much better than Howard Johnsons I was surprize by the kitchen, even had a dishwasher! We felt very comfortable there. Clean and Welcoming more than expected!

Clean, friendly staff, terrible towels Hotel was clean. Bathroom recently redone, but should have put money towards towels, which were almost paper thin. I wouldn't use them as rags at home. The light cover in the kitchen area fell at 4 a.m. Probably an isolated event but not pleasant at that hour. Staff friendly. Breakfast was Grab 'n Go packaged muffins and cereal bars, instant oatmeal.
