WORTH THE $$ ... CONVENIENT LOCATION Very well kept grounds made for a pleasant entry. Clean room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Good value for $$.

Good value for the money Enjoyed our stay. When we asked for an upgrade to a larger unit, we were given a larger room with no additional cost. We were impressed. The only negatives were it was hard to find someone in the office before 8 AM. Also we had a leaky faucet in the shower, but this was not a big problem.

Quiet, but worn This was a quiet, pet-friendly hotel with lots of grassy space to walk dogs, and spacious comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, it smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and rotting food. The kitchen and bathroom floors were free of debris, but when I wiped up some spilled water, the towel was filthy. Towels, bedding were all thin and worn and the decor was early 1990s motel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. With better cleaning and some updating, this would be a fabulous place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay Central local made access to events easy. Our room was not ready on arrival; however, the staff made other arrangements that was suitable. The stipulation on housekeeping services should be better explained. We were not aware that we did not have these services and had to request linens, towels, et cetera from the office. Not a problem, just should have been noted.

As expected based on reviews You get what you pay for...the appearance of the Hotel seemed a little beat. Service was good and as I said, it was as expected.
