Do not prepay a non refundable hotel via Expedia Upon entering room for first time, realized room furniture not in good shape; noticed towel hanging for our usuage had obvious hairs embedded that looked like pubic hairs, when brought to hotel personnel, her comment "I understand, I don't like seeing my own hair on towel but we usually don't issue new towels this late at night. PERFECT!!! My stay was fantastic I have a disabled son and I needed to take him out somewhere to have fun with his best friend and his mom. The room was very clean front desk clerk that evening was awesome the room they chose for me to have wasn't ready so she found another room which was on the first floor perfect because my son didn't want to be on the fourth floor too high and she didn't charge me extra because this room had two double beds and not the queen with sofa... PERFECT!!!

Convenient and clean hotel. My room door wouldn't lock so I told the Front Desk and although the Maintenance guy was on-call and lived a good distance away, by the time I got back to my room after being out, the door was locking properly. The Front Desk Staff was nice and friendly.

Mardi Gras vaction I spent 5 nights in shreveport visiting family and attending Mardi Gras events. The hotel was booked solid and the rooms were clean and comfortable. As I was out most of the day I did not spend a lot of time in the room. The laundry facilities were good and clean, the staff friendly

STAYED THERE 2 NIGHTS AND IT WAS GREAT WE WERE LEFT ALONE AND ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN
I had some concerns based on reviews that I had read, I'm glad I decided to stay here everything was fine. However; being a extended stay property, you should bring some items with you etc paper towels, soap to name a few

Not to be overlooked just due to cheap cost We just needed a place to stay overnight. The reviews said it was ok, so we checked it out. Definitely utilitarian and nothing fancy. At the same time, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Certainly big enough. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. The shower had good pressure and heat, and the bathroom was quite clean. There was even a stove, microwave and fridge, so I could heat up leftovers we had, and empty out the cooler.
