Bathtub Bathtub was slow draining called front desk the next morning at 2 different times then went down there once and finally had to speak to manager who went and fixed the bathtub

Overbooked blues We arrived to check in at 4:30 pm there were people all over the lobby and outside on phones some complaining some very rude so we told the clerk we had a reservation and everyone there said so do we the clerk then informed me that the hotel was overbooked but they were so kind and courteous and worked hard to accomadate all of us there we got in our room at 8:50pm they had to endure some very nasty and rude customers and they did it gracefully and they thanked me for being so nice and patient I will be retu... read more

Good value- clean, and comfortable The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our room had a cook top, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and kitchen sink, which we didn't use but there was no shampoo, lotion, or hair dryer! It wasn't a big deal on this overnight trip but I thought I would point that out to others who might count on it. I normally take this stuff but have gotten use to it always being provided. It was still a good value and I would stay there again.

An okay stay for New Years. The bed had red stains on the fitted sheet and I informed the front desk twice aNd no room service happened to change to clean sheets. The menu is alacarte. Room service and wifi is charge per use. I was here for a few days and didn't need the room service but the wifi. And it was a good speed. It's tucked off on a dark road on old minden rd which made me a but nervous. But I like the seclusion enough. The freeway wasn't an issue. decent Hotel was clean and quiet. But the bed was extremely hard and small. Rolled over and thought the bed was going to fall.
