Good value- clean, and comfortable The hotel was comfortable and clean. Our room had a cook top, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and kitchen sink, which we didn't use but there was no shampoo, lotion, or hair dryer! It wasn't a big deal on this overnight trip but I thought I would point that out to others who might count on it. I normally take this stuff but have gotten use to it always being provided. It was still a good value and I would stay there again.

An okay stay for New Years. The bed had red stains on the fitted sheet and I informed the front desk twice aNd no room service happened to change to clean sheets. The menu is alacarte. Room service and wifi is charge per use. I was here for a few days and didn't need the room service but the wifi. And it was a good speed. It's tucked off on a dark road on old minden rd which made me a but nervous. But I like the seclusion enough. The freeway wasn't an issue. decent Hotel was clean and quiet. But the bed was extremely hard and small. Rolled over and thought the bed was going to fall.

You get what you pay for. This hotel would be great for people who don't want amenities or even basics. Room was clean and the building was nice and new. I booked two double beds for three people and we were only allowed two towels and wash clothes. When I explained that I had booked for three people to the staff, she told me that they would not give us an extra set. I am glad there weren't four of us traveling! My room faced the front side of the hotel. The hotel faced the on-ramp to the freeway and the freeway itself. The traffic noise was extremely loud.Next time I will ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. I don't know what could be done to quite the noise in the front.

Never again! My issue was it took almost 3 hours to get checked in and I reserved and paid for my hotel 2 weeks prior to our trip. The ppl working at hotel were NEW and didn't know how to do ANYTHING! It didn't help that hotels.com didn't send my money over to the hotel but sent my reservation. When we FINALLY got into our room their was not enough towels for me and my family, the Internet didn't work even though I paid for it in my reservation and I had to pay again in my room for it.
