You get what you pay for. This hotel would be great for people who don't want amenities or even basics. Room was clean and the building was nice and new. I booked two double beds for three people and we were only allowed two towels and wash clothes. When I explained that I had booked for three people to the staff, she told me that they would not give us an extra set. I am glad there weren't four of us traveling! Never again! My issue was it took almost 3 hours to get checked in and I reserved and paid for my hotel 2 weeks prior to our trip. The ppl working at hotel were NEW and didn't know how to do ANYTHING! It didn't help that hotels.com didn't send my money over to the hotel but sent my reservation. When we FINALLY got into our room their was not enough towels for me and my family, the Internet didn't work even though I paid for it in my reservation and I had to pay again in my room for it. My room faced the front side of the hotel. The hotel faced the on-ramp to the freeway and the freeway itself. The traffic noise was extremely loud.Next time I will ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. I don't know what could be done to quite the noise in the front.

Romantic getaway I really enjoyed staying at the value place I didn't actually think that it would be exactly like in the photos I would recommend this hotel to anyone.I will be returning there soon thanks again.

Not bad for a couple night stay Good location , security cameras everywhere , some of the staff was very helpful just remember it's a extended stay place so you have to ask for clean towels and room service doesn't come everyday but for a cheaper hotel it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights

Long Term Stay There's no free wifi, the room is laid out similar to a studio apartment. It has everything you need if you were staying long-term. My wife and I just needed somewhere to stay for the weekend and this did the trick. It was not the best, but it was close enough to everything Shreveport has to offer.
