Comfortable, Clean, Quiet First off..the hotel staff was very nice and attentive. The location was very accessible, very clean,quiet, and I'm still enjoying my stay! Please if you are planning a trip to Shreveport Bossier area this is a safe place to stay!
Nice and clean. Bed was uncomfortable but I would stay again.
No dishes, plates, cookware to rent or buy. Paid wifi, not free.
Bathtub Bathtub was slow draining called front desk the next morning at 2 different times then went down there once and finally had to speak to manager who went and fixed the bathtub
Overbooked blues We arrived to check in at 4:30 pm there were people all over the lobby and outside on phones some complaining some very rude so we told the clerk we had a reservation and everyone there said so do we the clerk then informed me that the hotel was overbooked but they were so kind and courteous and worked hard to accomadate all of us there we got in our room at 8:50pm they had to endure some very nasty and rude customers and they did it gracefully and they thanked me for being so nice and patient I will be retu... read more
