Upon checking in, there was a lady berating the man working the counter. She wanted a key to a room, but her name wasn’t on the room. He handled it well, but she had this dog that kept jumping all over me and I had no place to get away. He should have asked her to step outside and let me check in and then deal with her instead of letting her argue for 10 minutes as I wait. A night that I got called to work at 1130pm, I entered the lobby to get to my car and two police officers were there for another disturbance. It seems lik... read more

Extended Stay America It was a very nice hotel. The only thing lacking was a swimming pool. They had all the cookware and dishes in the lobby. We didn’t end up cooking anything though. But it was a very nice room.

Adequate Due to Covid-19, no breakfasts were included. Other motels give you coffee and a wrapped/sealed bagel as well as breakfast bars. Here there wasn't even coffee.

Paying for brkfast in reservation & there is none I'm here to help my mom who is caring for my gma. Everything has been great besides the fact my reservation includes breakfast (so I'm paying extra) and they do not even offer breakfast. Highly disappointed there

No breakfast,clean your room or be charged $150 We arrived at the hotel at around 6pm. After the front desk attendant found our reservation and checked us in we went to our room. It was fairly clean. We brought our things inside and upon leaving to go to our dinner reservations we stopped at the front desk to ask where the breakfast was going to be served as it was part of my reservation confirmation that they would be serving breakfast for two at that point the attendant became very short with us and extremely rude stated t... read more
