served its purpose Stayed for one night with 2 friends after a concert. Customer service was not the best. Sunday morning I asked to print my St. Louis Cardinals tickets and was told by the front desk lady "we do not let guests use our computers." The room was not the best no pictures on the walls and huge holes in the wall where pictures had been. The bed was comfortable. Not the cleanest hotel.
Close to Verizon Wireless Amp/nice neighborhood It was a convenient location for what we were there for. The booking guy said there would be roll-away beds and a shuttle but neither were true. The front desk lady did accommodate us by giving us a room with two queen beds instead. The walls needed a good scrub and my towel had a few black hairs that made me a little uneasy. Very basic While the rooms were clean, there weren't any paper cups. The carpet was a little dingy. However, the staff was very friendly.
nice, clean, with a full kitchen if you are on a budget this hotel would be perfect. It has a full kitchen which will allow you to cook in your room. The man at the front desk was nice, and the hotel was nice and quite all night.

It was nice but the appliances could use a little work, toaster only toasted on one side, stove had run away burners (glowing red on low) and the coffee pot was too short for maker causing the water not to drain from filter (leaked onto counter instead of in pot)
It was nice, The Staff was friendly. Rooms had Plenty of Space . I wish that there was a Pool Though

Nice staff I accidentally booked smoking room instead but hotel staff were so nice that they changed it to non-smoking room without taking any charge. Room was very nice and pretty clean. Kitchen was awesome and so the beds. The only concern is that they should have better cleanness near stairs. They could have a proper mechanism for garbage removal. There was smell at the stairs that was pretty bad.
