30 Minutes away from downtown St. Louis I arrived around 12 am and had to wait close to 30 minutes before someone came back to the front desk. They had my reservation and check-in went easy. The hotel seems pretty secure, requiring room keys to get in the front entrance after a certain time and the rooms we're fine. It is not a luxury hotel, so you should not expect it to look like one. Trashed-0ut The hotel was a nice hotel originally, however now it is not taken care of by the current owners. The stairwells and outside of the secondary door were full of trash that smelled. I smoke and traveled down the stairwell several times and was disgusted by the smell. The trash can in the second floor staerwell had what looked like cereal around the outside bottom, I lifted the lid in the morning to see it had been emptied, but the cereal on the floor remained. Recommended I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel didn't have enough good ones for our experience to not be noted. It was located a little further out of the city than we would have preferred, but you can hardly beat their rate for a quality room (with a full kitchen) and great service. The front desk staff was genuinely helpful. The rooms could have used more pillows, but even 4-star hotels fail in this department. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for any type of travel.

Just an "Ok" place to stay...bring your own towels The hotel was ok...we are a family of 4 and were traveling on a tight budget to get out and have a little fun and for that reason it was definitely acceptable. The hotel does not replace towels daily and when we went to exchange them at the front desk for clean ones they explained they were out of clean towels and the washer and dryer was broke. We never got clean towels so everyone had to take a shower with no towels. This was not a good thing.

Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Room not bad, but Bed was hard and refridgerator smelled bad inside.
