Property was well kept and clean. However my reason for choosing an extended stay was a fully equipped room. Upon checking I discovered cooking utensils and kitchen items were not available.....however you could rent them for an up fee. Not a fan to be honest.

Good stay. Simple grab & go breakfast. Room card stopped working on 2nd day but staff at front desk re-magnetised it.
Parking was a bit tight but the overall experience was very positive. Accomodations were simple and everything I needed was there. Bed was comfortable and the hot water was good and hot. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would def. Stay here again.

This was a last minute trip to Tampa and I liked the reviews. If you’re looking for a hair dryer or sufficient shampoo and conditioner or a coffee pot this is not the place for you. But it is for extended stays so you have to bring your own utensils and the above. Extremely clean but spartan. I would stay there again.

Shower head was extremely loose the valve for the shower extremely loose and bugs in the bathroom

Clean room, helpful staff, one small problem, breakfast was suppose to until 9.30 a.m. but at 9.a.m. there were no coffee and no breakfast.
