Clean room, helpful staff, one small problem, breakfast was suppose to until 9.30 a.m. but at 9.a.m. there were no coffee and no breakfast.

Shower rod was bens so curtain would not close, not offered bedding for pull out sofa, food in couch.

First- Only one staff member (male) was working on the front desk assisting and helping guests. It took 35 minutes to us to get assistance and check in around 4:17pm. He was very pleasant and professional no matter what the situation! Second- The room was very clean just the fact the sofa bed was "disgusting" mattress was ripped the spring was in very very bad conditions stained all over this mattress this make me feel that this mattress is for more than 10 yrs.
