it's ok for Workers staying there while working after Hurricane Micheal. Rooms were clean but plain Jane like.

The customer service experience here was impeccable. 5 star service. The hotel condition needs improvement however i received the most accommodating service ever.

Staff was extremely welcome and willing to go out of their wsy to make stay as comfortable as possible. Room was clean. Can't complainabout that. The smell on the otherhand, smelled of pure smoke and nicotine.

Extremely noisy. Lobby, elevator, hallways dirty. Over charged my credit card, unauthorized charges. Manager Craig was not concerned with trying to resolve the issue.
