Wash your own towels and sheets Unless you're staying for 2 weeks or more, this place is not for you. You will not get clean towels or bed sheets unless you wash them yourself. The majority of guests appear to be folks who cannot otherwise afford to, or qualify, to rent or lease an apartment or house. Many were heavy smokers and others were smoking pot in their rooms. Nice staff The staff is excellent and the location is within walking distance to food and shopping. The room was clean but very dated and furniture needed cosmetic repairs.

The room was very nice and clean
Good for one night stay After hours phone had a frayed cord and calls kept hanging up. Prepare for a $100 deposit required to be paid, not held, and not disclosed when reserving room. Staff was professional and courteous.
