Fair but do not recommend Shady characters hanging around. Group of "regulars" drinking outside their rooms. Room was old and outdated.

Excellent spot for Brandon stay Great location. Restaurants shopping plaza and movie theater all within a min drive. Minutes off main exit for Brandon.

Rooms did not look like the pictures. No carpet on floor and poor lighting. The upside of it was the beds were comfortable.
