Hotel smelled like marijuana. My door did not close. I had to lift it up and pull it really hard to make sure it was locked. Let front desk know but it never got fixed. Shower head sprayed water sideways because it was loose. I had to tighten it to get it to stop.

The rewards aren’t worth the hassle Hotel was great while the check in process was trash because of hotels.com 3rd partying my reservation through Expedia.com so my room didn’t really get paid for while I had already been charged having to sit on hold for 6 hours until the resolved the issue

We arrived there after traveling 20 minutes early, refused to check us in. Someone smoked outside our window and not just cigarettes and it came right in our window vent. Ac was very loud and made it hard to sleep. 4 people, 3 towels, unable to ask for anything extra, no one at the desk by the time we made it to our room at 8 pm. And no one answered the phone.

Service was very inconvenient. No one was available for assistance after 9pm until 9am. This was impossible for my stay because of the nature of my visit, the front desk was never open while I was at the hotel. I will not stay here again.
