Not Impressed When we arrived the front desk staff were not available so we had to use the lobby phone to attempt to reach them. It took them a good 3-4 minutes to finally return to the front desk and get us checked in. We took the elevator up to our room and then left for dinner. Conveniently when we returned the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs. The front desk staff also did not have a key to the restroom that was located in the lobby. Room was dirty, window was open, fridge and freezer full of someone else’s food. Office kept closing early. Half the towels were dirty and they said we had to pay to exchange them.
Disappointing My check was friendly and fast. The room however, was dirty, there was no soap provided. On of the drawers in the kitchen was missing.
