The desk clerk was extremely personable and helpful, recommending a great restaurant nearby, and calling our room after we got settled to see that everything was good. Great comfortable bed. Clean. However, Our room was lacking expected amenities like kitchen items: No dishes or silverware, drinking cups, paper towels, coffee maker, hair dryer. “Grab and go breakfast” consisted of oatmeal packets, hot water and coffee. Old rugs hold odors. Staff offered us a different room but the rug there was just as bad. Not staff fault the rugs need to be replaced. Not a bad location for the trip we had planned. Close to airport, dining, shopping, etc

The floor was dirty i had white sock and went to warm in the microwave i stepped the floor and there was coffee spilled and my socks got all wet. The bathtub was not clean. There was spider web. No garbage can either. In the kitchen area so much rust it was funny awful. The only thi g was clean the beds and sheets. Bed were very comfortable. For the money i paid it could have been better
