Room wasn’t clean very well tub had hair in it

Even though we’re going through the Pandemic,and everyone was safe I feel as if clean towels and bed linen is a must ,it’s ok if housekeeping don’t enter the rooms but OFFER if the guest want clean attire. I thought it was RUDE try they asked me to as my own bed linen .😔
