Not very clean. Lots of damaged and or items not working in room

I like the location because it is near Raymond James Staduim , the beaches and other tourist site.. There are several resturant to visit eat in the area.. I appreciated my stay at the Extended Stay America. It was a pleasant and quiet stay.

very close to where I needed to be - The nice lady at the check-in desk is very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

Centrally located to access major routes to local sites. Needed a swimming pool.

Not a place you would want to stay at for an extended period. Very basic with shoddy kitchen appliances. Someone entered our room after we checked in and then went to dinner. When we returned, the TV had been turned off and the wash basin was full of dirty water and a towel had been used. Staff dismissed as a non issue!!!
