Broken toilet seat. Leaking refrigerator. No ice machine. Had to ask for dishes and utensils. Extreme maraijuana smell through the whole hotel. A party in a room 2 doors down that went on for all hours. Hookers wandering the halls. "Bbq grill" was awful.

Disappointed costumer It was infested with roaches, I found a crack pipe in the room. I was very disappointed because the extended stay is on of my favorites unti this happened.

Bad service with front desk (Nyeema) To begin the facilities are in a good location so the rooms are overbooked because I book a double and the same day I was already in the location they tell me that they only have regular and that they will give me two, so do not look bad but at the time of deciding to stay one more night the person who was in the front desk (Nyeema) started with a very bad attitude that I believe that neither the manager would have it, as well as the cleaning lady who believed and acted like If I were the... read more

Midiocre at best Room was not handicapped equipped as requested, was moved to the top floor where it was equipped, but had to suffer from cigarette smoke, when getting off elevator and walking in hall. TV reception was horrid do to sattelite being mostly out. When asked about it was told nothing could be done, until morning...If you wanted a glass for water you had to get it from the front desk, which would have been nice to know before hand. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, no ice machines, was told to make ice when I was going to be there for one night, smells of smoke, had to go down and get the cups, no utensils were in the room.
