Website stated that there was a breakfast, but it consisted of instant grits and instant oatmeal, as well as some pre-packaged muffins. The "hot" water to make your grits or oatmeal was only lukewarm. There is a kitchenette in each room, but there are no pots, pans, plates or utensils.
The expedia price, including taxes, was $76.60. When I checked in the price, including taxes, was $85.12...which is what I was charged. Your room charge before taxes was $67.49 and theirs was $74.99..Surprise! Their comment was, "That was Expedia's price"? Hmm? Your price is why I went there. I know we're only talking just under a $10 difference, but this is a first that I've experienced this when using your service. Thanks....Gary
TV did not work in room. Kasey (not sure of spelling) at front desk did not tell us at check-in. After all of our bags were in room, getting ready for bed to go to Moffitt Cancer Center in AM, went t9 inquire about TV. She said none of them worked. Called Bonnie and Cliff Holley in room above. By far the worst experience at Extended stay. Nothing was available. The staff was lazy, housekeeping was rude, and our room had roaches!!!!
this place would not take cash as a payment unless you were staying 7 days or longer. who does not take cash??? so we couldn't stay since none of us had a card with money on it.
Ehh... Breakfast was oatmeal packets and God knows what kind of coffee. What a joke. They put me in a smoking room when I wanted non-smoking. It had a sketchy feel to it. Saving money definitely wasn't worth it in this case.
Smelly rooms, smelly hallways, smelly sheets, left a day early didn’t feel clean
The woman working the check in desk Wednesday night at 11:30pm was laughing and talking loudly. I couldn't sleep and had to change rooms.
